Loud, the sexiest and most funked-up glamorous
party in town, celebrates its 2nd Birthday on
Saturday 18th October with one of the most exciting
line-ups of the year. It is our great privilege
and pleasure to present to you the "Godfather
of House", Frankie Knuckles for an exclusive
and very special 5 hour set.

feeling every time I play. I think that's the
reason why I probably feel that I'm the most
fortunate DJ, because I get the kind of audience
that knows exactly who I am musically and exactly

What's even more special about the gig is that
this is Frankie's only UK date of 2003... which
means that this is your only chance to see one
of house music's true legends in action this
year! He's been saving himself especially for
this momentous occasion and he joins City Loud's
very own legend CJ Mackintosh in the main room
next month.

Frankie Knuckles play at City Loud on our 2nd
birthday is an honor to say the least. I can't
believe we're 2 years old already.... and I can't
believe how old I am already too!! We've had such
an amazing year at City Loud and we're now looking
to build on that success for the next 12 months
with some truly mind-blowing line-ups and musical

The backroom will be hosted by the Fnuk Associates
featuring their full 'live' collective sound that
includes percussion, saxophone and vocals. Fnuk
are Boat Party specialists having hosted 5 sell-out
parties this year aboard the Dixie Queen and they
join us for our 2nd Birthday, before returning
to host T2 as well. FNUK DJs Millska, DJ Di Casa
and Dan Rolfe will be joined out back by Mowgli
and Brad 212 Finlay.
We would like to thank everyone for their incredible
support over the past year and we now look forward
to the next 12 months and to mark this astounding
event as a significant milestone in the changing
face of City Loud. This is just the beginning...
