Los Angeles, CA— Circus creates a revolutionary nightclub experience that expands beyond
the various facets of the Hollywood scene merging innovative dance music, impressive
clubbing atmospheres, Stunning faces, avant-garde theatre, art and fashion design. The new Saturday weekly event kicksoff Saturday, September 4, 2004 at Circus and features international DJs and live acts prevalentin the electronic music scene while incorporating a live art fashion and theatre stage showthat creates a unique environment for club-goers.


Circus leaps beyond the standard nightclub, fusing state-of-the-art lights, sound and
visual entertainment with renowned artist Levon Mouradian’s original designs, creating a
pure spectacle of beauty, fashion, art, the human form and creative movement.

The new weekly event simply called ‘Circus’ will offer four distinct atmospheres of
art and design for lounging or dancing. Sounds offered include house, trance, breaks,
progressive, tech-house, trip-hop, dub, reggae, hip-hop and old school funk.
The spacious patio and garden area offers a soft atmosphere to chill out,
hold conversations or eat at Circus’ own delicious BBQ grill.


The launch party, held on Labor Day weekend, Saturday, September 4, 2004 from 9pm – 4am, features The Tidy Boys and Jon Bishop, together on their Tidy Trax Tour, with their UK hard house sounds along with progressive house DJ Grant Plant, the official Circus resident
DJ. The event is co-sponsored by Most Wanted Global. Mixmedia (known for their LA monthly
‘Resonance’ event) hosts the upstairs ‘Space Oasis’ with DJs Keefe, K.C., Cylume and
Fingers. ‘The Lounge’, hosted by Joint Tendency Productions, offers
those with an alternative taste of music a chill-out atmosphere early in the evening
with trip-hop and dub music that evolves into reggae, hip-hop and old school funk tunes.
